Welcome to The Bakery, Inc., a 16-apartment pre-war walk-up cooperative building located in Hell’s Kitchen. Built in 1910, The Bakery was a former automobile garage and then became a bakery before being converted to a boutique residential cooperative in 1984. In 2019, The Bakery underwent a complete lobby and common area renovation resulting in a refreshing industrial chic vibe with 12-foot ceilings, laundry facilities, bike room, and virtual doorman. The Bakery is pet friendly.

Sanitation Schedule

Regular Trash: Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday

Recycling: Thursday

Exterminator Schedule

The Bakery is professionally exterminated on the 4^th Wednesday of every month between 1PM and 4PM. If you need special exterminator service please contact our exterminator, Suburban Pest Control, at (914) 375-0811 or visit them at https://www.suburbanpest.com.

Insurance Requirements

All Shareholders of The Bakery must maintain an apartment insurance policy with minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000 per incident / $2,000,000 aggregate, naming The Bakery and Atlas NYC as Additional Insureds. All Shareholders must provide Atlas NYC with a Certificate of Insurance for their renter’s policy. The Certificate of Insurance must state, in substance, as follows:
